印度政府设立主权投资基金的想法隐隐透露出其对海外能源市场强劲的竞争攻势,但是印度政府在练好内功的同时还需加强与别国的战略合作,不应该仅仅把中国视为竞争对手。
The Indian government’s idea of setting up a sovereign investment fund has revealed its strong competitive offensive on the overseas energy market. However, the Indian government needs to strengthen its strategic cooperation with other countries while strengthening its internal power, and should not regard China as a competitor.
