目前 ,中韩贸易中存在两个问题 :一是增长速度由高速转为低速 ,并出现了负增长 ;二是中方的逆差问题长期得不到解决 ,并日趋严重。其主要原因是亚洲金融危机的影响、中韩间以垂直分工为基本特征的进出口商品结构、韩国在华投资的特征因素。解决上述问题的对策是加快双方进出口商品结构的调整、大力发展两国的技术贸易、推动两国在投资领域的合作向更高层次迈进、中国早日加入 WTO。
At present, there are two problems in the trade between China and South Korea: First, the growth rate has changed from high-speed to low-speed and negative growth has occurred; second, the problem of China’s deficit has not been solved and has become increasingly serious. The main reason is the impact of the Asian financial crisis, the import and export commodity structure characterized by vertical division of labor between China and South Korea and the characteristic factors of South Korea’s investment in China. The solution to the above problems is to speed up the adjustment of the import and export commodities structure of both sides, vigorously develop technology trade between the two countries, push forward the cooperation in the field of investment between the two countries to a higher level and join WTO as soon as possible.
