类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种以对称性、多关节、小关节为主的慢性全身性自身免疫性疾病,其主要病理变化为巨噬细胞和T淋巴细胞等慢性炎症细胞浸润及大量多种细胞因子的分泌,最终促使关节骨质破坏、滑膜组织渐进性损伤[1-2]。内皮素转换酶(endothelin-converting enzyme-1,ECE-1)、内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)以及TNF-α、P-糖蛋白(P-glycoprotein,PgP)与RA的发生、发展有重要关系。本研究通过ELISA检测了老年类风湿性关节炎患者血清中ECE-1、ET-1、TNF-α、Pgp水平,初步探讨老年类风湿性关节炎血清ECE-1、ET-1、TNF-α、Pgp表达变化及其临床意义。

In this study, the levels of ECE-1, ET-1, TNF-α and Pgp in sera of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis were detected by ELISA. The levels of ECE-1, ET-1 and TNF- α in senile rheumatoid arthritis , Pgp expression and its clinical significance.
