由在甲醇中二丁基氧化锡与二苯乙醇酸反应,合成了一个新颖的二烃基锡化合物[nBu2SnO2CC(O)Ph2]n。其结构经IR、元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射表征。该配合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群Cc,晶胞参数:a=1.84719(8)nm,b=1.20544(5)nm,c=1.03570(4)nm,β=112.571(3)°,V=2.12953(15)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.431g/cm3,μ(MoKa)=1.217mm-1,F(000)=936,R1=0.0488,wR2=0.0953。晶体结构分析表明,化合物为一维无限链状配位聚合物,中心锡原子为五配位畸变三角双锥构型。两相邻配位聚合链间,通过丁基氢与另一链的苯环发生C—H···π作用,扩展成三维超分子结构。
A novel dihydrocarbyl tin compound [nBu2SnO2CC (O) Ph2] n was synthesized from the reaction of dibutyltin oxide and benzilic acid in methanol. Its structure was characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal of the complex is monoclinic with a space group of Cc with a = 1.84719 (8) nm and b = 1.20544 (5) nm, c = 1.03570 V = 2.12953 (15) nm3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.431 g / cm3, μ (MoKa) = 1.217 mm-1, F (000) = 936, R1 = 0.0488, wR2 = 0.0953. The crystal structure analysis shows that the compound is a one-dimensional infinite chain coordination polymer and the central tin atom is a five-coordinate distorted triangular double cone configuration. Between two adjacent coordination polymer chains, the C-H ··· π interaction takes place between the butyl hydrogen and the benzene ring of the other chain and expands into a three-dimensional supramolecular structure.
