激励教育就是运用有效的手段,激发学生的学习动机、兴趣,使学生保持情绪的稳定性,帮助学生确立自我意识,促使学生的智力因素得以最充分的发展。要真正让激励教育在语文学习评价中发挥作用,就要在学习互评、自评和小组评价中激活学生的思维。加强学生语文学习评价的有效性,改善课堂教学气氛,启动竞争意识,激活课堂气氛,发挥学生主观能动性,提高语文教学质量。
Incentive education is to use effective means to stimulate students ’motivation and interest in learning so that students can maintain their emotional stability and help students to establish their own self-awareness and promote the students’ intellectual development to their fullest. To truly motivate education play a role in the evaluation of language learning, we must activate students’ thinking in learning mutual assessment, self-assessment and group evaluation. Strengthen the effectiveness of students ’Chinese learning assessment, improve classroom teaching atmosphere, start the competition consciousness, activate classroom atmosphere, give full play to students’ subjective initiative and improve the quality of Chinese teaching.
