目的:探讨化瘀消疒徵软胶囊对子宫肌瘤模型大鼠的作用。方法:雌性大鼠用苯甲酸雌二醇加注黄体酮复制子宫肌瘤病模大鼠,造模同时给药治疗。结果:化瘀消疒徵软胶囊能明显降低肌瘤大鼠血清中雌激素水平,降低模型大鼠子宫指数,改善子宫组织病理状况,同时增加凋亡指数。结论:化瘀消疒徵软胶囊对实验性子宫肌瘤有一定的防治作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Huayu Xiaozhuang Soft Capsule on uterine fibroid model rats. Methods: Female rats were injected with progesterone estradiol benzoate into uterine leiomyoma model rats, and their models were treated simultaneously. Results: Huayu Xiaozhuang Soft Capsule can significantly reduce the level of estrogen in the fibroids rat serum, reduce the rat uterus index, improve the pathological condition of the uterus and increase the apoptosis index. Conclusion: Huayu Xiaozhuang Soft Capsule has some preventive and therapeutic effects on experimental uterine fibroids.
