目的观察上颌斜面导板治疗安氏Ⅱ2错颌的疗效。方法选取恒牙期下颌后缩安氏Ⅱ2患者,采用直丝弓矫治技术配合上颌斜面导板治疗,拍摄头颅定位侧位片进行测量并做统计学分析。结果 ss/OLP,co/OLP(P<0.01)增大,下颌长度增加;is/OLP,ii/OLP增大(P<0.01)上下前牙舌倾改善,治疗后磨牙关系中性;软组织Si-N’-S、Pg’-N’-S增大(P<0.01),侧貌改善明显。结论上颌斜面导板能有效改善安氏Ⅱ2错颌患者特有的方颌低角面型,上下颌牙齿关系正常,下颌骨有一定的生长,后缩面型得到改善。
Objective To observe the effect of maxillary oblique guide plate in treatment of Angle Ⅱ 2 malocclusion. Methods Permanent mandibular retrusion Angle Ⅱ 2 patients were selected. The treatment of maxillary incline was performed by straight wire arch technique. The lateral cranial positioning films were taken and analyzed statistically. The results showed that the maxillary and mandibular length increased with the increase of ss / OLP, co / OLP (P <0.01), and increased the is / OLP and ii / OLP -N’-S, Pg’-N’-S increased (P <0.01), the profile improved significantly. Conclusions The maxillary incline guide plate can effectively improve the square - jaw low angle face type of patients with Angle Ⅱ 2 malocclusion. The relationship between the maxillary and mandibular teeth is normal, the mandibular growth is certain, and the constricted face type is improved.
