随着科学技术的日新月异,现代社会中媒体的类型不再囿于传统的报纸、广播、户外或者电视,而出现了如移动电视、手机短信和微博等以数字、网络技术为支撑的新兴媒体,即“新媒体”。新媒体因形式丰富、渠道广泛、互动性强、覆盖率高、精准到达、性价比高等特点在现代传媒产业中的地位逐渐提高。然而,新媒体为人类带来便利同时,也给诸多方面带来冲击与挑战;其中,对于知识产权保护,尤其是版权保护提出了更高要求。
