目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及其临床病理关系。方法应用免疫组织化学PV-9000二步法检测60例子宫内膜样腺癌和30例良性子宫内膜对照组标本中HIF-1α、VEGF和M M P-9的表达,采用χ2检验进行分析,用Spearman相关性检验分析3个指标的关联性。结果 HIF-1α、VEGF和MMP-9在子宫内膜样腺癌中的阳性率高于良性子宫内膜对照组(P<0.05);在淋巴结转移组中的表达高于无淋巴结转移组:三者表达在子宫内膜样腺癌中呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α、VEGF和MMP-9均在子宫内膜样腺癌中表达增高且呈正相关,并与肿瘤发展转移联系密切。
Objective To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and its clinicopathological relationship. Methods The expressions of HIF-1α, VEGF and MM P-9 in 60 specimens of endometrioid adenocarcinoma and 30 specimens of benign endometrium were detected by immunohistochemical PV-9000 two-step method and analyzed by χ2 test. Spearman correlation test was used to analyze the association of the three indicators. Results The positive rate of HIF-1α, VEGF and MMP-9 in endometrial adenocarcinoma was higher than that in benign endometrial control group (P <0.05). The expression of HIF-1α, VEGF and MMP-9 in lymph node metastasis group was higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis group The expression of endometrial adenocarcinoma was positively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of HIF-1α, VEGF and MMP-9 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma is increased and positively correlated, and closely related to the development and metastasis of the tumor.
