为了弥补AZ91D镁合金结构件强度和硬度不足等缺点,以AZ91D合金为基体,添加漂珠和稀土Y,制备出新型的漂珠/AZ91D复合材料。利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、维氏硬度计、压缩试验机,研究了稀土Y对复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在复合材料中添加稀土Y后,显微组织得到明显细化,同时Mg2Si相由网状变成块状;稀土Y和漂珠对复合材料硬度的提高都有促进作用;在漂珠/镁合金复合材料中添加适量的稀土Y可提高其抗压强度。
In order to make up for the shortcomings of strength and hardness of AZ91D magnesium alloy structural parts, a new type of floating bead / AZ91D composite was prepared by using AZ91D alloy as base, adding floating beads and rare earth Y. The effects of rare earth Y on the microstructure and properties of the composites were investigated by optical microscope, X-ray diffraction, Vickers hardness tester and compression tester. The results show that the addition of rare earth Y in the composite after the microstructure was significantly refined, while the Mg2Si phase into a block from the mesh; rare earth Y and floating beads have an effect on improving the hardness of the composite material; / Magnesium alloy composite material to add an appropriate amount of rare earth Y can increase its compressive strength.
