随着我国教育的大发展,中职校学前教育专业因而备受关注。如何在新形势下提高中职校学前教育专业的教育质量,这是中职校的教育者们需要积极深入思考和解决的问题,而创建特色班集体是提高班级管理品位和教育质量的有效途径,这是班主任所要致力研究与探索的全新课题。本文试图以中职校学前教育专业特色班集体创建为立足点,就创建理念、创建特色以及创建中应当注意的问题等方面作一些探索与尝试,以期为同行们抛砖引玉,提供参考。
With the great development of education in our country, pre-primary education in vocational schools has drawn much attention. How to improve the quality of preschool education in secondary vocational schools under the new situation is an issue that secondary school teachers need to think deeply and solve in a positive way. Creating a collective with special classes is an effective way to improve class management quality and education quality This is a new topic to be studied and explored by the class teacher. This article tries to make some exploration and attempt to create the concept, create the characteristics and the problems that should be noticed during the creation of the pre-school education specialty class in the vocational school. The purpose of this article is to provide references for the colleagues.
