军事采购法律体系由调整军事采购社会关系的法律规范所构成,是以“军事采购法”为主要法律、以军事采购法规和规章为主干内容的有机整体。从纵向结构看,军事采购法律体系可以分为法律、法规和规章等效力层次;从横向结构看,可以分为规范军、地双方主体行为的军事采购法律制度和规范军队系统主体行为的军事采购法律制度。
