治疗对象分为粪检有溶组织内阿米巴滋养体并有痢疾症状的阿米巴痢疾组及粪检有溶组织内阿米巴包囊而无痢疾的肠道阿米巴病组。12岁以上及成人的治疗方案为:(1)晚饭后顿眼甲硝哒唑2克,服药一次;(2)晚饭后顿服2.4克,服药一次;(3)晚饭后顿服2.4克,连服2晚。12岁以下儿童顿服30毫克/磅体重,服药一次;少数病例顿服50毫克/磅,或更大剂量。治愈标准:(1)治疗后临床症状完全消失;(2)治疗后反复粪检阿米巴消失。
