本文报道有关麻风杆菌感染小鼠腹腔2周后,腹腔NK/LAK细胞对NK敏感和NK抵抗的肿瘤细胞及麻风杆菌感染的巨噬细胞(MΦ)的抑制或杀伤作用。同时用流式细胞术分析腹腔细胞百分数。结果显示,感染鼠腹腔非粘附细胞或用尼龙毛柱及Percoll纯化后的大颗粒淋巴细胞和IL-2激活的LAK细胞对上述靶细胞的杀伤作用比正常鼠显著增强。流式细胞分析提示,感染鼠腹腔NK细胞、T细胞和B细胞百分数明显高于对照鼠。这些结果说明,在麻风杆菌感染小鼠腹腔的早期,腹腔NK/LAK细胞等在细胞介导免疫中可能起重要作用。
This article reports about the inhibition or killing effect of intraperitoneal NK / LAK cells on NK-sensitive and NK-resistant tumor cells and Mycobacterium leprae-infected macrophages (MΦ) after 2 weeks in mice infected with Leprosy. At the same time, the percentage of peritoneal cells was analyzed by flow cytometry. The results showed that the killing effect of the above target cells in mice intraperitoneal non-adherent cells or large particle lymphocytes purified by nylon wool column and Percoll and LAK cells activated by IL-2 were significantly enhanced compared with normal mice. Flow cytometry analysis showed that the percentages of NK cells, T cells and B cells in the peritoneal cavity of infected mice were significantly higher than that of control mice. These results indicate that early in the abdominal cavity of mice infected with Leprosy, abdominal NK / LAK cells may play an important role in cell-mediated immunity.
