目的 降低低位直肠癌保肛术后吻合口漏发生率。方法 对 32例低位直肠癌术后肛周皮下注射亚甲蓝混合液的临床资料进行观察。结果 术后肛管组织持续性松弛达 6～ 9d,且肛周疼痛消失或大幅度减弱 ,改善了吻合口部血液微循环 ,组织愈合佳。结论 术后肛周皮下低浓度、小剂量注射亚甲蓝混合液 ,能达到长效止痛作用 ,肛管长时间处于松弛状态 ,有效促进吻合口部血液循环及淋巴回流 ,控制炎症 ,利于创面愈合 ,最大程度降低肠漏并发症
Objective To reduce the incidence of anastomotic leakage in low rectal cancer after anal sphincter preservation.
