自2000年7月至2005年7月,我们应用髂骨翼内入路开窗法采取松质骨,效果良好,报告如下。对象与方法1.一般资料:本组20例,男12例,女8例;年龄6～14岁,平均9.4岁。2.方法:患儿全麻下行齿槽嵴裂修复术同时右髂部术区行松质骨采取术。在髂前上棘后2cm、髂嵴内侧缘下1.5cm,设计一长约5cm、与髂嵴轮廓弧度相平行的切口。切开皮肤、皮下显露腹部肌肉附着与髂嵴的筋膜移行处,于髂嵴内侧缘切开肌肉及骨膜,于髂嵴顶部软骨帽下方,用剥离子沿髂骨内侧骨板向下剥离骨膜,
