本文对一种铁镍基高强度奥氏体合金固溶处理后进行了“正、倒”两种不同条件的时效处理.研究了倒双级时效对该合金抗氢脆性能及显微组织的影响,结果表明:倒双级时效处理有利于改善实验合金的抗氢脆性能,这主要与γ’及晶界η相尺寸的减小有关.
In this paper, an iron-nickel-based high-strength austenitic alloy after solution treatment was “positive and inverted” two different conditions of aging. The effect of inverted double-stage aging on the hydrogen embrittlement resistance and microstructure of the alloy was studied. The results show that the inverted double-stage aging treatment is beneficial to improve the hydrogen embrittlement resistance of the alloy, which is mainly related to γ ’and η phase size Related to the reduction.
