众所周知,21世纪正处在一个知识经济快速发展和强化的时代,各行业中的企业和员工都发生了质与量的变化,企业人力资源开发与管理必须随之改进,否则会不适应企业发展,阻碍企业目标的实现。本文在初步认识人力资源开发与管理对企业和员工的意义的基础之上,阐述了人力资源开发与管理存在的一些不良现状,提出了几点能有效改善企业人力资源开发与管理的对策。
As we all know, the 21st century is in an era of rapid development and strengthening of knowledge-based economy. Enterprises and employees in all industries have undergone qualitative and quantitative changes.
