目的分析4666例急性农药中毒情况,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息报告网络平台,收集杭州市15个区、县(市)2006年-2011年农药中毒报告卡,采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果①2006年-2011年杭州市累计上报农药中毒总数4666例,死亡332例,病死率7.12%,其中非生产性农药中毒4067例,占中毒比例87.16%。②生产性农药中毒男性高于女性,男、女性别比例1∶0.34;非生产性农药中毒女性高于男性,男、女性比例1∶1.30。③杀虫剂是引起农药中毒的主要毒物,中毒例数为3818例,占总中毒例数的81.83%,其中又以有机磷农药中毒为主。④中毒地区以郊县农村为主,中毒4343例,占总数的93.08%。⑤生产性农药中毒季节性明显,以三季度最高,占68.28%。结论杭州市非生产性农药中毒情况严重,应积极采取并落实有效的控制措施。
Objective To analyze the situation of 4666 cases of acute pesticide poisoning and provide a scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures. Methods The report card of Pesticide Poisoning from 2006 to 2011 in 15 districts, counties and cities in Hangzhou was collected through the network platform of China Disease Prevention and Control Information Report. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results ① From 2006 to 2011, a total of 4666 cases of pesticide poisoning were reported in Hangzhou City, 332 cases of which were fatal and the case fatality rate was 7.12%. Among them, 4067 were non-productive pesticide poisonings, accounting for 87.16% of total poisonings. ②Productive pesticide poisoning male than female, male and female ratio of 1:0.34; non-productive pesticide poisoning women than men, male and female ratio of 1: 1.30. ③ insecticide is the main poisoning caused by pesticide poisoning, the number of poisoning cases was 3818 cases, accounting for 81.83% of the total poisoning cases, of which again organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. ④ poisoning areas mainly rural areas in rural areas, poisoning 4343 cases, accounting for 93.08% of the total. ⑤ seasonal obvious productive pesticide poisoning, the highest in the third quarter, accounting for 68.28%. Conclusion The unproductive pesticide poisoning in Hangzhou is serious, and effective control measures should be actively taken and implemented.
