基于脉动法对110栋中小学教学楼等多层大开间砌体结构进行动力性能实测,识别结构在使用阶段的基本周期。按有无构造柱和圈梁把所测结构分为无圈梁构造柱结构、有圈梁无构造柱结构和有圈梁构造柱结构,对基本周期进行最小二乘回归统计分析,分析结构的层数、高度、高宽比和长宽比对基本周期的影响,并利用3个相关结构实例对公式的可靠性、有效性进行验证。结果表明:圈梁和构造柱的存在能够减小大开间砌体结构基本周期的变化速度,长宽比对基本周期的影响程度远小于高宽比的影响程度,而高宽比对基本周期的影响程度比层数和高度小得多。提出三类多层大开间砌体结构的基本周期关于层数、高度、高宽比的经验公式。
Based on the pulsation method, the dynamic performance of 110 multi-storey masonry structures such as the teaching building of primary and secondary schools was measured and the basic period of the structure was identified.
