目的探讨不同清洗方法对外来手术器械清洗质量的影响。方法收集统计2011年1月-2012年12月外来手术器械48套284件,其中23套116件由公司人员清洗,25套168件由医院消毒供应中心按流程清洗。清洗质量由护理部统一检查验收。结果医院消毒供应中心清洗外来手术器械平均合格率为99.43%,公司人员清洗器械平均合格率为89.97%。结论外来手术器械清洗消毒应由医院消毒供应中心集中处理。
Objective To investigate the effect of different cleaning methods on the cleaning quality of external surgical instruments. Methods A total of 284 sets of 48 surgical instruments were collected from January 2011 to December 2012. 23 of them were cleaned by company personnel and 25 of 168 were cleaned by the hospital disinfection supply center. Cleaning quality uniform inspection by the nursing department acceptance. Results The average qualified rate of foreign surgical instruments in hospital disinfection supply center was 99.43%. The average qualified rate of staff cleaning instruments was 89.97%. Conclusion External surgical instruments should be centrally cleaned and disinfected by the hospital disinfection supply center.
