After the Second World War, with the increasing popularity of multinational business activities and their organizational forms, various multinational company theories have risen in the West. Most of them have revolved around the causes and decisions of foreign direct investment because of the direct foreign investment. It is the material foundation of multinational corporations. These theories have their own characteristics in terms of ideological origins and analysis methods, but the main idea is to abandon the complete competition in Western economics.
