出血是再生障碍性贫血(以下简称再障)主要症状之一,也是这种病人致死的一个重要原因。因此,更多地认识出血这一症状的实质及其意义,对再障的早发现、早诊断和早治疗以及对其予后的估计,均有邦助。本文分析了近十二年我们确诊为再障的42例病人的出血临床表现,并结合资料进行几点讨论。(本组病例的诊断依据是按全国血液学术会议所拟定的诊断标准)。
Bleeding is one of the main symptoms of aplastic anemia (hereinafter referred to as aplastic anemia) and is also an important cause of death of such a patient. Therefore, more understanding of the essence of bleeding and its significance, and its implications for the early detection of aplastic anemia, early diagnosis and early treatment, as well as the assessment of its prognosis. This article analyzes the clinical manifestations of bleeding in 42 patients who were diagnosed as aplastic anemia in the past 12 years and made some discussions based on the data. (The diagnosis of this group of patients is based on the diagnostic criteria developed by the National Blood Conference).
