本文在模糊集理论基础上,根据土壤—工作部件半无限系统分析的特点,构造、推导了一种三维等参模糊元,并对相应的模糊域隶属函数作了定量的探讨。引入模糊元模拟土壤切削问题,可在保证收敛精度的前提下,大幅度减少系统的自由度总数,使三维非线性动态FEM分析成本下降。同时模糊元还具有实施方便、易于纳入标准有限元程序等优点。
Based on the theory of fuzzy sets, a three-dimensional isoparametric fuzzy element is constructed and deduced according to the characteristics of semi-infinite system of soil-working components. The membership functions of fuzzy domains are discussed quantitatively. Introducing fuzzy element to simulate the soil cutting problem can greatly reduce the total number of degrees of freedom of the system under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of convergence and reduce the cost of three-dimensional nonlinear dynamic FEM analysis. At the same time, the fuzzy element also has the advantages of convenient implementation and easy integration into the standard finite element program.
