泄油器是抽油井管柱作业时防止环境污染、方便作业,减少原油损失的重要井下工具,现场使用的泄油器种类较多,但都存在一些问题,本文介绍了新研制的投开式泄油器的结构、工作原理、性能特点和现场试验推广情况。经现场试验,该泄油器原理可行,结构合理,工作可靠,能可靠泄油,能在44、83、95抽油泵井上使用,可以大量推广应用。
The oil drain is an important downhole tool for pumping oil well pipe column to prevent environmental pollution, facilitate operation and reduce the loss of crude oil. There are many types of oil drain blowers used on site, but some problems exist. In this paper, Structure of the oil drain, working principle, performance characteristics and field test to promote the situation. After the field test, the principle of the oil purifier is feasible, the structure is reasonable, the work is reliable, the oil can be reliably discharged, and the well can be used in 44,83,95 oil pumping wells and can be popularized and applied in large quantities.
