我厂长期实行集中统一的工艺管理体制,自50年代初期,就设立了总工艺师。在总工程师的领导下,由总工艺师负责组织全厂的工艺工作。工艺科作为全厂工艺工作的职能科室,并在各车间配置施工员,保证工艺规程的贯彻实施。我厂工艺工作的内容包括:参与新产品方案的讨论、审查产品设计工艺性、制订新产品的工艺方案、编制与验证工艺规程、设计与验证工艺装备、制订材料定额、参与新产品和小批量产品的试制、鉴定及新产品投入批量生产、参与制订工厂发展和技术改造规划、编制工艺发展规划、组织开展技术革新、负责贯彻工艺标准化以及开展工艺情报工作,等等。
Our factory has long implemented a centralized and unified process management system. Since the early 1950s, we have established a master craftsman. Under the leadership of the chief engineer, the chief technologist is responsible for organizing the entire plant’s workmanship. The department of science and technology serves as the functional department of the whole factory process work, and arranges the construction worker in each workshop, guarantees the implementation of the technological procedure. The contents of our factory’s work include: participating in the discussion of new product solutions, reviewing the product design process, formulating new product process plans, formulating and verifying process specifications, designing and verifying process equipment, formulating material quotas, participating in new products and small batches The trial production, appraisal of new products, and mass production of new products, participation in the formulation of plant development and technological transformation plans, the preparation of process development plans, the organization of technological innovations, the implementation of process standardization, and the development of process intelligence work, etc.
