四川省委第二党校通过半年多时间“从群众中来、到群众中去”的反复酝酿、讨论,最近制定出新的“科研成果奖励办法”(共7条21款),对全校教职员工自1989年以来所出版和在全国省(市)及各省级党校以上、全国大专院校等公开发行的报刊上发表的著作、教材、论文,给予该作稿酬一定比例的奖金。经校委研究批准现已开始实施。 科研成果奖励办法坚持如下几个原则:
