《重庆市招标投标条例(修订草案)》近日提请重庆市人大常委会会议审议。修订草案针对目前在招标投标活动中存在的规避招标、明招暗定、围标串标、专家腐败等问题,提出了更严厉的监管措施。修订草案进一步明确和细化了发展改革部门和其他有关行政监督部门在招投标工作中的职责分工,包括对评标专家的统一管理,对招标方案进行审批、核准、备案,对全市招投标活动监管工作实施检查
