本文是沸腾床热熔敷法对活塞隔膜泵铸铝工件耐农药涂装的初步总结.作者采用的耐蚀材料为氯化聚醚和尼龙-1010;用正交试验法找到了最优工艺参数;还对铝表面的预处理进行讨论.使用本研究成果涂装的活塞隔膜泵已通过省级鉴定.
In this paper, the ebullated bed hot-melt method of piston diaphragm pump cast aluminum workpiece resistant to pesticide coating preliminary summary of the corrosion resistance of the material used by the author for the chlorinated polyether and nylon-1010; orthogonal test method to find the optimal process parameters The pretreatment of the aluminum surface is also discussed, and the piston diaphragm pump coated with this research result has passed the provincial appraisal.
