1.宣传维护社会稳定的极端重要性。深入宣传维护社会稳定,创造和谐、稳定、良好的社会秩序和环境,是贯彻落实“三个代表”重要思想的必然要求,是全国各族人民的根本利益所在。宣传发展是硬道理,解决中国所有问题的关键要靠我们自己的发展:改革是发展的动力,是我们走向现代化的必由之路:稳定是改革和发展的基本前提,没有稳定的社会局面,什么事也干不成。
