Paget氏病又称湿疹样癌,主要发生在乳房.我院收治一例阴囊皮肤Paget氏病患者,多次手术洽疗,存活23年,报道如下。患者男性,57岁,1968年发现左阴囊皮肤有逐渐扩大的淡红色湿疹,伴奇痒。搔抓后破溃愈合结红色隆起痂块伴黑色素沉着,拟诊为顽固性湿疹,后经多种治疗未见疗效。1981年5月在皮肤科行局部活检后确诊“湿疹样癌”。而行左半阴囊皮肤及睾丸切除术。术后创口皮缘仍有搔痒、皮疹、继而破溃,遂扩大侵及右侧阴囊、腹股沟、下腹部、大腿内侧、阴囊根部、会阴及肛门周围皮肤。分别于1985年、1986年、1987年三次来我院手术治疗.先后行有睾丸切除、阴囊皮肤全部切除及所有病灶皮肤切除术,植皮并同时行腹股沟淋巴
Paget’s disease, also known as eczema-like cancer, occurs mainly in the breast .Treatment of a case of scrotal skin Paget’s disease in our hospital, multiple surgical treatment, survival of 23 years, reported as follows. Male, 57 years old, found in 1968 that the left scrotum had a gradually enlarged pink eczema with an odd itch. Scratching ulceration healed knot red bulging callus with melanin deposition, to be diagnosed as refractory eczema, after a variety of treatments no effect. May 1981 dermatology biopsy confirmed the “eczema-like cancer.” The line left semi-scrotal skin and orchiectomy. After the wound edge of the skin is still itching, rash, and then ulceration, and then expand the invasion of the right side of the scrotum, groin, lower abdomen, thighs, scrotum roots, perineum and the skin around the anus. Respectively in 1985, 1986, 1987, three times to our hospital for surgical treatment.Has a line of orchidectomy, scrotal skin resection and all lesional skin resection, skin grafts and at the same time, inguinal lymph nodes
