如何在经济全球化的背景下促进本国法律的发展,一直是人们热衷讨论的问题。本文着重讨论经济全球化对中国的机遇和影响。认为,中国的法律发展离不开经济全球化的发展;要在继承中国优秀传统法律文化的基础上实现中国法律的真正发展。
How to promote the development of domestic law in the context of economic globalization has always been a subject that people are keen to discuss. This article focuses on the opportunities and impacts of economic globalization on China.
