对在生长季节里,引起茶树出现休止现象的原因,假说很多。苏联的巴赫达兹~([1])认为,新梢的生长和休止是茶树的遗传特性,是生长的节奏性表现。日本的中山仰~([1])认为,休止是因为芽要经过充实,并进行新叶和茎组织的分化和形成。印度的 Bond~([2])提出了“瓶颈”理论,他认为新梢生长到一定阶段,嫩茎维管组织的横切面缩小呈“瓶颈”状,从而影响水分和养分的向上输送,造成休止。Barua D.N.~([2])也认为,“瓶颈”是造成茶树休止的直接原因。刘宝祥~([3])认为,茶树新梢叶原基分化有一定阶段性,休止时期就是新 There are many hypotheses about the reasons why the tea tree appears to be dormant during the growing season.
