本文根据 FFD—111型呋喃树脂自硬砂的实验结果,系统地研究分析了影响呋喃树脂自硬砂造型工艺性能的因素:(1)催化剂的种类与加入量(2)树脂的类型与加入量(3)原砂的性质(4)环境温度与温度本文说明呋喃树脂自硬砂完全能满足造型工艺的要求,而且在性能上优于粘土砂与油砂。
