目的:探讨重症医学科(ICU)内多发伤患者的救治措施。方法:收集2005—2010年辽宁海城正骨医院ICU(海城创伤急救中心)292例严重多发伤患者的临床资料。结果:292例患者中,死亡38例(占13.01%)。结论:交通肇事引起的交通事故和工业外伤是严重创伤的主要原因。大力加强交通安全和工业安全救治,加强院前抢救能力和ICU的综合救治能力,是提高抢救成功率的重要举措。
Objective: To investigate the treatment of multiple trauma patients in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods: The clinical data of 292 patients with severe multiple trauma from ICU (Haicheng Trauma Center) in Liaoning Haicheng Orthopedic Hospital from 2005 to 2010 were collected. Results: Of the 292 patients, 38 died (13.01%). Conclusion: Traffic accidents and industrial trauma caused by traffic accidents are the main causes of serious trauma. Vigorously strengthening traffic safety and industrial safety and treatment, strengthening the pre-hospital rescue capabilities and ICU’s comprehensive medical treatment capability is an important measure to improve the success rate of rescue.
