据悉,俄罗斯已确定在2015年底开始向中国出口天然气,并计划在2011年7月与中国石油天然气集团公司签署天然气供应合同,有可能在中国增加融资来建造旨在向中国出口天然气的阿尔泰天然气管道。
It is reported that Russia has decided to export natural gas to China by the end of 2015 and plans to sign a natural gas supply contract with China National Petroleum Corporation in July 2011. It is possible that China will increase its financing to build the Altai Natural Gas Pipeline aimed at exporting natural gas to China .
