目的评价磁共振血管造影(MRA)与数字减影血管造影响(DSA)血管造影对缺血性脑血管疾病诊断的准确性。方法通过MRA与DSA不同成像法对缺血性脑血管疾病患者成像结果进行对照分析。结果 MRA对缺血性脑血管疾病颅内动脉狭窄诊断的特异性为96.1%,敏感性为98.2%,MRA阳性预测值为92。0%,阴性预测值为98。4%,对颅外动脉狭窄或闭塞诊断的特异性为93。1%,敏感性为97.2%,阳性预测值为93.7%,阴性预测值为97.9%。结论在缺血性脑血管疾病中,MRA与DSA有很好的相关性,DSA是一种有创的检查方法,是诊断脑血管疾病的金标准,而MRA具有安全、可靠和方便的优点,是脑血管疾病筛查的首选方法。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) angiography in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods The imaging results of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were compared by MRA and DSA imaging. Results MRA had a specificity of 96.1%, a sensitivity of 98.2%, a MRA positive predictive value of 92.0% and a negative predictive value of 98.4% for the diagnosis of intracranial arterial stenosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. The specificity of diagnosis of stenosis or occlusion was 93.1%, the sensitivity was 97.2%, the positive predictive value was 93.7% and the negative predictive value was 97.9%. Conclusion MRA has a good correlation with DSA in ischemic cerebrovascular disease. DSA is an invasive method to diagnose cerebrovascular disease. MRA is safe, reliable and convenient. Is the preferred method of screening for cerebrovascular disease.
