目的探索和完善氟斑牙脱色治疗的临床效果。方法用自行研制的氟斑牙脱色系列制剂，对１７０颗着色程度不同的氟斑牙进行治疗。结果临床脱色显效率：轻度１００％，中度９５．１％，重度３３．３％；治疗前后牙髓活力、牙龈颜色无明显变化，部分脱色不满意者，可用美容修饰膜增强美容效果。结论集脱色、釉面护理和美容修饰为一体的新氟牙脱色体系，为牙齿美容增加了新的治疗途径。
Objective To explore and improve the clinical efficacy of decolorization of dental fluorosis. Methods A total of 170 dental fluorosis with different shades of color were treated with the developed series of dental fluorocarbon decolorization. Results The clinical decolorization efficiency: mild 100%, moderate 95.1%, severe 33.3%; before and after treatment of pulp vitality, no significant change in the color of gums, those who are not satisfied with the partial decolorization, the beauty cosmetic film can be used to enhance the cosmetic effect. Conclusion The combination of decolorization, glaze care and cosmetic modification of the new decolorization system, which adds a new therapeutic approach to tooth beauty.
