随着社会经济的迅猛发展,食品的种类不断丰富,现代餐饮服务业也取得了长足发展。现阶段食品安全问题愈发严重,已经威胁到了人们的身心健康甚至生命安全,如何加强对食品安全的监管成为当务之急。近年来食品量化分级管理制度已经在北京等地的餐饮服务单位开始实施,实施效果如何还有待于进一步调研。本文首先介绍量化分级管理在食品药品监管中的重要性,其次介绍餐饮服务单位食品安全量化分级管理存在的问题,最后对优化与完善餐饮服务单位食品安全量化分级管理进行探讨。
With the rapid social and economic development, the type of food is constantly enriched, and the modern catering service industry has made great strides. At this stage, the issue of food safety is becoming more and more serious, which has already threatened the people’s physical and mental health and even life safety. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the supervision on food safety. In recent years, food quantitative grading management system has been in Beijing and other places of catering service units began to implement, how effective implementation remains to be further investigated. This article first introduces the importance of quantitative and hierarchical management in food and drug supervision. Secondly, it introduces the problems of quantitative and hierarchical management of food safety in catering service units. Finally, it discusses how to optimize and perfect quantitative management of food safety in catering service units.
