目的加强健康体检中心的护理质量,研究护理质量的改进对患者的效用。方法将健康体检中心的护理质量进行改进,征集200名志愿者,将其分为两个组,100名志愿者为对照组进行护理质量改进前的健康体检,另100名志愿者为观察组进行护理质量改进后的健康体检,并且对这200名志愿者进行问卷调查,对比这不同健康体检质量的调查结果,分析改进的效果。结果在对比分析中,体检者对观察组的护理质量的满意程度为98.0%比对对照组的高出12.3%,这样的差异程度具有统计意义,可以看出通过对健康体检中心的护理质量改进,提高了体检者对改进后的满意程度。结论对健康体检中心的护理质量进行改进,有助于提高体检中心的护理质量,提高体检者的满意程度,维持体检中心的稳定。
Objective To strengthen the quality of nursing in the health check-up center and to study the effect of improving the quality of nursing on the patients. Methods The nursing quality of the health examination center was improved. 200 volunteers were recruited and divided into two groups.
