近年来,伊犁州中小河流山洪灾害频繁发生,造成的经济损失呈增长趋势,文章通过对布列开沟中游段防洪治理问题的探讨,提出了较为合理的设计方案。
In recent years, the mountainous flood disasters of small and medium rivers in Ili Prefecture frequently occur, and the economic losses caused by them are on the increase. This paper puts forward a more reasonable design plan by discussing the flood control problems in the middle reaches of Buli ditches.
