随着中国经济的快速发展,人们对于钢铁冶金产品的需求量越来越高,而当前的冶金企业工作人员政治思想差异较大,导致生产中很多职工的工作热情不高,给企业的发展和改革也带来了较大的难度。本文分析政治思想工作对于冶金企业的重要意义,关系到冶金企业的健康发展和改革的顺利实施,提出通过转变传统的观念、定期对从业人员进行政治思想培训等方式改善现状,促进冶金企业的健康发展。
