四川盆地下二叠统缝洞型气藏为致密碳酸盐岩单一缝洞气藏,地下总空间体积不大,地层水水体有限,区域上没有连片水体存在,因而气藏中地层水弹性能量可不予考虑,地层水的产出不应视为边水或底水的侵入,而是气藏中天然气弹性驱动的结果。据此将由气水共同占据的单一缝洞气藏作为一个整体,并可认为在气水产出过程中气藏储集空间保持不变,运用物质平衡法原理推导出有水缝洞型气藏的储量计算方法G=(Wp/Bg)+GpPi/Zi-P/ZPi/Zi。对于未产气只产水的缝洞系统,通过一段时间的排水,可利用该方法判断水体上方的天然气储量。
