车前草(Plantago major)叶在欧洲作为传统的伤口愈台药使用,其功效可能与多糖成分有关。本文从其叶中分离出11个多糖组分,并对活性组分进行结构鉴定。取车前草新鲜叶子,先用乙醇提取,提取液经过滤、浓缩后依次用50℃水、100℃水、二甲亚砜提取,所得粗取物再经离子交换色谱分离,依次分别得PMN_(?),PMⅠ_(?),PAⅡ_(?);PMNⅠ_(?),PMⅠ_(?),PMⅡ_(?);PMN_(?),PMⅠ_(?),PMⅡ_(?);另外PMⅠ_(?),经进一步分离得到PMⅠa,PMⅠb,PMⅠc,
Planta major leaves are used in Europe as a traditional wound healing agent, and their efficacy may be related to the polysaccharide component. In this paper, 11 polysaccharide components were isolated from their leaves, and the structure of the active components was identified. The fresh leaves of the grass were taken with ethanol before extraction.
