In October 1992, the “Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works” and the “Universal Copyright Convention” started to be implemented in our country. This indicates that our country’s copyright protection system has embarked on the track of international copyright protection. In order to effectively implement the international copyright treaties, the State Council promulgated the “Regulations for the Implementation of the International Copyright Treaties” on September 25, 1992.
