由于家长教育观念的不同,刚入学的孩子在学前教育方面有很大的差异。有些孩子在入学前就已经掌握了汉语拼音,而有的孩子则从未接触过。面对几十名程度不同的孩子,如果老师按部就班,从头教起,学过的那部分孩子上课就会不爱听。怎么解决这个困扰人的问题呢?最近在学习新课标的过程中,我领悟到,对于程度不同的孩子可以实施分层教学,让每一个孩子都能在自己原有的基础上有所提升,有所发展。于是在进行拼音教学的时候,我从以下几个方面进行了尝试:
