原发于上颌窦的平滑肌肉瘤较为少见。现报告1例: 男,50岁。一年前无明显诱因自觉右面颊部麻木感及肿胀,右上牙槽疼痛,近一个月来伴右面颊部疼痛,于1986年1月6日入院。外院病理检查报告为“平滑肌肉瘤”。自患病以来双鼻通气良好,无脓血性分泌物,张口不受限,视力正常。 体检;右面颊部肿胀,质硬,有弹性,触癌明显。右眼球稍向外上方移位,眶下壁饱满,下鼻道前方有一红色凸起,表面覆以粘膜。X线克瓦氏位片、上颌窦断层、颅骨侧位片均提示右上颌窦腔扩大,密度
LPS in the maxillary sinus is relatively rare. Now report a case: male, 50 years old.
