12名高脂血症患者,他们的血胆固醇都在230mg％以上,甘油三脂由140mg％到900mg％不等。这些高脂血症患者有的有明显的家族史,有两例有黄色瘤。他们都合并有高血压,脑动脉供血不全和冠心病。 将静脉血一滴置于等渗的缓冲溶液中,在37℃温育10分钟后,先后用0.5％及3％戊二醛固定,冲洗,临界点干燥及真空下喷镀金及扫描电镜观察。
Twelve patients with hyperlipidemia had their blood cholesterol above 230 mg% and triglycerides ranging from 140 mg% to 900 mg%.
