目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤及超声造影评价疗效的措施。方法:应用HIFU治疗106例子宫肌瘤患者113个肌瘤,治疗前后选用超声造影技术对子宫肌瘤血流灌注进行比较,通过曲线参数(平均渡越时间Mtt、达峰时间TTP、峰值强度Tmax、曲线下面积AVC、总灌注量V)评价HIFU效果。结果:HIFU治疗后曲线参数均发生变化,总有效率66.9%,显效率89.6%。结论:HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤需要增强针对性,超声造影能准确地评价治疗效果。
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) on uterine fibroids and contrast-enhanced ultrasound. Methods: HIFU treatment of 106 cases of uterine fibroids in 113 patients with fibroids, the choice of ultrasound before and after the treatment of uterine fibrovascular perfusion were compared by curve parameters (mean transit time Mtt, peak time TTP, peak intensity Tmax , Area under the curve AVC, total perfusion V) to evaluate HIFU effect. Results: After HIFU treatment, the curve parameters all changed, the total effective rate was 66.9% and the effective rate was 89.6%. Conclusion: HIFU treatment of uterine fibroids need to be enhanced pertinence, ultrasound can accurately evaluate the treatment effect.
