目的总结腹腔穿刺在急腹症诊断中的应用价值。方法分析依据腹腔穿刺术作出诊断的56例急腹症患者的临床资料。结果经诊断性腹腔穿刺结果对比,提示阳性率达92.85%。诊断正确率达100%。结论诊断性腹腔穿刺在急腹症诊断中有重要价值。
Objective To summarize the value of abdominal puncture in the diagnosis of acute abdomen. Methods Clinical data of 56 patients with acute abdomen diagnosed by paracentesis were analyzed. Results Compared with the results of diagnostic paracentesis, the positive rate of 92.85%. The correct diagnosis rate of 100%. Conclusion Diagnostic paracentesis is of great value in the diagnosis of acute abdomen.
